BBIS APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Complete a Tenancy Application Form – These applications are located at the Bessemer Business Center and the Downtown Entrepreneurial Center or you can use the link.
Prepare and submit a comprehensive business plan or detailed executive summary to the BBIS Director. If a detailed executive summary is submitted, a business plan must be completed and submitted to the BBIS director by the end of the first three months in incubator occupancy.
Present the business plan to the Bessemer Industrial Development Board. The industrial development board owns the incubator facilities and retains final approval/disapproval authority.
